Po Sum is an Executive Director and an experienced banker with more than 30 years in wealth management, serving high-net-worth clients and families He is experienced in managing and advising high-net-worth clients’ portfolios and provides dedicated wealth management solutions to clients. Prior joining to Blackhorn, he worked at UBS and Hang Seng Bank in serving clients’ investment needs.

Daisy is an Executive Director at Blackhorn, responsible for developing and maintaining long-term client relationships in the high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth segment. She has over 15 years of experience in the private banking sector. Graduated from the Ohio State University (USA) with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Daisy started her career in the financial industry as a Citigold Relationship Manager. She then spent over 15 years in UBS AG, mainly focused in managing investment portfolios for high-net-worth individuals/families as well as providing tailor-made wealth management solutions to clients.

Gregory started his career in the finance industry with the Equities Research team at CLSA before focusing on Private Wealth Management. Devoting the next decade to UBS and Morgan Stanley, he served high net-worth clients including C-suite executives, business owners, other senior bankers, fund managers and their families. He is experienced in strategic asset allocation and redeployment, delivering consistent and tailored wealth management solutions to clients. Gregory is a Swiss Certified Wealth Management Advisor. He graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc Economics degree and obtained an MBA with Distinction from the University of Hong Kong.

Danika is an experienced banker with more than 14 years working at international banks. Prior joining to Blackhorn, she worked at UBS AG, HSBC and Citibank in different business areas, including private banking, commercial banking and retail banking, to provide a dedicated range of solutions to serve corporates and high net-worth individuals. She spent most of her career with focus on wealth management for high net-worth individuals.

Maria is a highly experienced banker with over 20 years of experience in international private banks. She holds certifications as a Certified Private Wealth Professional (CPWP) and Swiss Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA). Prior to joining Blackhorn, she has worked at renowned institutions such as UBS, Credit Agricole, and Deutsche Bank. Throughout her career, Maria has served clients including high-net worth individual and listed companies. She has a strong track record of maintaining high-net-worth relationships and providing comprehensive advice on total wealth management. Her expertise extends to guiding clients towards their personal investment goals, addressing their professional and business needs, and offering strategic wealth planning solutions for multi-generational families.

Crystal has more than 15 years of rich experience in wealth management and serving high-net-worth clients. Before joining Blackhorn, she worked for Deutsche Bank, DBS Bank and Standard Chartered Bank in HK. Crystal grew up in Mainland China and studied in HK and Macau. She is familiar with the culture differences between Mainland and Hong Kong, and found a suitable integration point, combining the current economic situation and global financial market functioning , personalized wealth management solutions to meet the comprehensive needs of HNW individuals and families. Crystal is a Certified Private Wealth Professional (CPWP). She holds a Bachelor in business administration and accounting from Macau University of Science and Technology, and a Master degree in international Banking & Finance from Hong Kong Lingnan University.

Dan is the Director at Blackhorn. He has over 20 years of experience in FICC Sales and Trading. Prior joining to Blackhorn, Dan worked with Global Market at Standard Chartered Bank, BNP Paribas CIB, SocGen CIB and Alternative Investment and JP Morgan Private Banking of HK and Onshore China team. He was located at four cities in China. Dan spent more than 10 years working in China. He got very close relationships with listed company owners (both H & A shares) and different chambers of commerce in China. Dan is well connected with the F&B Entertainment and sports business, too. Dan graduated from Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Agnes Wong is the Head of Fixed Income Investments at Blackhorn, dedicated to providing clients with excellent returns and sustainable growth. With over 15 years of experience in credit analysis and trading, she frequently shares investment insights in international media outlets such as Bloomberg, Reuters and CNBC, as well as local media platforms like South China Morning Post, HK01 and NowTV. With a deep understanding of the financial market, Agnes demonstrates a keen eye for evaluating the fundamentals and technical aspects of investment products. She tailors comprehensive investment strategies and portfolios based on clients' risk preferences, aiming to optimize returns and mitigate potential risks. Prior to joining Blackhorn, Agnes held a was the Head of APAC credit strategy and trading desk analysts at Global Market section in BNP Paribas. She has been honoured multiple times as the Best Analyst in the Asia Pacific region by publications like The Assets and Finance Asia, in the years 2012 to 2014 and 2020 to 2022. These accolades recognize her abilities in complex market analysis and generating substantial profits through investments. Throughout her career, Agnes has maintained an outstanding performance record. From 2014 to 2019, she was responsible for proprietary trading in the Asia Pacific region at VTB Capital, a state-owned bank in Russia, consistently delivering impressive profits and achieving annual returns of 16-48% for the trading department. Agnes holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University in Australia.

Leon is the Fund Manager of Blackhorn Multi-Assets Growth & Income Fund.  He has more than 20 years of experience in investing and is well-versed in various investment tools and products, including stocks, funds, futures, options, ETFs, and structured products. Leon is among the few portfolio managers who have consistently generated stable profits for clients even in challenging market conditions in the past few years. He performed exceptionally well, recording a positive return during the bear market of 2022 when most portfolios suffered substantial losses.  Prior to Blackhorn, Leon was the Chief Investment Officer of Richwood International Management responsible for managing a hedge fund and client discretionary portfolio focusing on asset allocation and options strategy.  He has also worked at several asset management companies and a family office before joining Richwood. Leon started his career in the banking industry.  He has worked at Bank of China and Standard Chartered Bank focusing on commercial loan approval and business development.  Due to previous training in the banking industry, he has strong business analysis skills and lending knowledge. Leon graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
