Terms & Conditions

1. 資格 Eligibility

• 此禮遇僅適用於晉羚財富（「晉羚」）之合資格客戶。
  This privilege is available exclusively to eligible clients of Blackhorn Wealth Management (“Blackhorn”).

• 客戶需符合晉羚不時訂定之服務或資產門檻要求。
  Clients must meet service or asset thresholds as determined by Blackhorn from time to time.

• 晉羚保留最終資格審核及批准權。
  Blackhorn reserves the final right of eligibility approval.

2. 計劃性質 Programme Nature

• 「GHK 之友」為香港港怡醫院（「GHK」）提供之會員支援服務。
  “Friends of GHK” is a membership support programme provided by Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong (“GHK”).

• 晉羚僅作為轉介及合作夥伴，並非醫療服務提供者。
  Blackhorn acts solely as a referral and partnership facilitator and is not a medical service provider.

3. 服務內容 Scope of Services

• 服務包括但不限於醫療諮詢協助、預約支援及會員禮遇。
  Services include but are not limited to medical consultation coordination, appointment support, and member privileges.

• 服務內容以GHK實際提供為準。
  Actual services are subject to GHK’s prevailing offerings.

• 所有醫療服務均由GHK及其專業人員提供。
  All medical services are provided by GHK and its medical professionals.

4. 費用及收費 Fees and Charges

• 部分服務或涉及額外收費，客戶需自行承擔。
  Certain services may incur additional charges, which shall be borne by the client.

• 收費以GHK公佈為準。
  Fees are subject to GHK’s prevailing schedule.

5. 有效期 Validity

• 禮遇有效期以晉羚及GHK公佈為準。
  The validity period is subject to announcements by Blackhorn and GHK.

• 晉羚保留修改或終止權利。
  Blackhorn reserves the right to amend or terminate the privilege.

6. 不可轉讓 Non-transferability

• 僅供客戶本人及指定家庭成員使用。
  The privilege is for use by the client and designated immediate family members only.

• 不可轉讓、轉售或兌換現金。
  It is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

 

7. 責任聲明 Liability Disclaimer

• 晉羚不對GHK提供之醫療服務負責。
  Blackhorn assumes no responsibility for medical services provided by GHK.

• 客戶應自行諮詢專業醫療意見。
  Clients should seek independent professional medical advice where necessary.

 

8. 資料私隱 Data Privacy

• 客戶同意晉羚可在必要情況下與GHK共享資料。
  Clients consent to the sharing of necessary personal data between Blackhorn and GHK.

• 一切資料按相關私隱法規處理。
  All data shall be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

9. 修訂權利 Right of Amendment

• 晉羚及GHK可隨時修改條款。
  Blackhorn and GHK may amend these terms at any time.

• 如有爭議，保留最終決定權。
  In case of dispute, the decision of Blackhorn and GHK shall be final.

10. 適用法律 Governing Law

• 本條款受香港法律管轄。
  These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong
