Referral Program

Purpose:

As Blackhorn Wealth Management Limited and its related companies (“Blackhorn”) strives to recruit more talents to join our team, as part of our recruitment and selection process, we have implemented a Referral Program with effect from 4 October 2021.

Referral Program Process

Who can make a referral? Anyone can make a referral. Any managers with hiring authority and Human Resources employees over the referred candidates will not be eligible to receive the referral award.

What positions are eligible for this program? At present, the position eligible for this program includes Asset Manager who is experienced in managing client portfolio at bank(s) / financial institution(s).

How much is the referral reward?

  • Once the referred candidate’s performance with the Company is considered as satisfactory, the referrer will be eligible to receive the referral award.*

 

 

Who can be referred? Candidates are eligible for the referral program provided that they are:

  • External candidates who are not currently employed by Blackhorn;

  • Have not previously worked at Blackhorn.

How to refer candidates? The process of referring a candidate is simple. The referrer can refer candidate to Blackhorn by providing the information via email to careers@blackhorngrp.com and inviting the candidate to meet Blackhorn’s management.

Is there a referral cap on anyone that can refer? No, there is no referral cap on the number of candidate.

 

  * Any managers with hiring authority and Human Resources employees over the referred candidates will not   be eligible to receive the referral award.

 

Disclaimer: Blackhorn reserves the right to amend the terms of the referral program from time to time. Any disputes or interpretations of the program will be handled through Human Resources Department / senior management. In the event that two referrers refer the same candidate, the referred candidate who first line up the meeting with Blackhorn will receive the referral bonus if the candidate is hired. Blackhorn reserves the final right to decide on the referral award.

 

By submitting a referral under this program, you confirm that you have considered and, where necessary, obtained any required consent from your current employer. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation in this referral program does not breach any existing contractual obligations, including but not limited to any non-compete, non-solicitation, or other post-employment restrictive covenants that may apply to you. Blackhorn will not be held liable for any consequences arising from a referrer's failure to comply with such obligations.
