1.Eligibility 資格

This privilege is available exclusively to eligible clients of Blackhorn Wealth Management (“Blackhorn”), subject to its prevailing service or asset requirements. Eligibility is subject to final approval by Blackhorn.

此禮遇僅適用於符合晉羚財富（「晉羚」）服務或資產門檻之客戶，並以晉羚最終審核及批准為準。

 

2. Programme Nature 計劃性質

“Friends of Gleneagles” is a client membership support programme provided by Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong (“GHK”). Blackhorn acts strictly as a referral and partnership facilitator for the “Friends of Gleneagles” programme. Blackhorn does not provide, administer, or supervise any medical, clinical, or healthcare services. 「 Gleneagles之友」為港怡醫院（「GHK」）為晉羚轉介及合作夥伴之客戶會員支援服務，晉羚並非醫療服務提供者。

 

All medical consultations, treatments, diagnoses, and related services are exclusively delivered and managed by Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong (“GHK”) and its licensed medical professionals. Blackhorn does not make any representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the quality, suitability, outcomes, or availability of any services provided by GHK. Any arrangements, appointments, or services facilitated through Blackhorn are subject solely to GHK’s terms, conditions, and professional judgment.

晉羚僅作為「Gleneagles之友」計劃之轉介及合作促進方，並不參與、提供或監督任何醫療或健康服務。所有醫療諮詢、診斷及治療服務均由港怡醫院（「GHK」）及其持牌專業醫護人員全權負責及提供。晉羚對GHK所提供之服務質素、適用性、結果或可用性均不作任何明示或暗示之聲明或保證。經晉羚轉介之任何醫療安排或服務，均須受GHK之條款及其專業判斷所規限。

 

3. Scope of Services 服務內容

Services include (but are not limited to) medical consultation coordination, appointment support, and member privileges, subject to GHK’s prevailing offerings. All medical services are provided by GHK and its professionals. 服務包括但不限於醫療諮詢協助、預約支援及會員禮遇，最終以GHK提供為準，所有醫療服務均由GHK及其專業人員提供。

 

4. Fees and Charges 費用及收費

Certain services may incur additional charges payable by the client, based on GHK’s prevailing fee schedule. 部分服務或涉及額外收費，客戶需自行承擔，並以GHK公佈為準。

 

5. Validity 有效期

The validity of this privilege is subject to announcements by Blackhorn and GHK. Blackhorn reserves the right to amend or terminate the programme. 禮遇有效期以晉羚及GHK公佈為準，晉羚保留修改或終止之權利。

 

6. Non-transferability 不可轉讓

The privilege is for use by the client and designated immediate family members only, and is non-transferable or redeemable for cash. 禮遇僅供客戶本人及指定家庭成員使用，不可轉讓、轉售或兌換現金。

 

7. Liability Disclaimer 責任聲明

Blackhorn assumes no responsibility for medical services provided by GHK. Clients should seek independent professional medical advice where necessary. 晉羚不對GHK提供之醫療服務負責，客戶應自行諮詢專業醫療意見。

 

8. Data Privacy 資料私隱

Clients consent to necessary data sharing between Blackhorn and GHK. All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

客戶同意晉羚與GHK在必要情況下共享資料，所有資料將依相關私隱法規處理。

 

9. Right of Amendment 修訂權利

Blackhorn and GHK reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. In case of dispute, their decision shall be final. 晉羚及GHK可隨時修改條款，如有爭議，雙方保留最終決定權。

 

10. Governing Law 適用法律

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. 本條款受香港法律管轄。
